Description: Furnished and private penthouse apartment in a serene setting with a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer and dishwasher, internet, parking, and a heated pool in season. Located on a historic family property with a view of downtown, and a 10-minute walk to the grocery.

Caveats: Not for the canine or acrophobic! There are three friendly dogs and an outdoor, two flight, old-fashioned circular staircase for access. (See pics.) 

Price: Tax included nightly rate for 3 nights or more is $85 per night for 1 person or $125 per night for 2 people.
